What makes our gift boxes different to others out there?


I have made it a mission to ensure each part of the gift box is useful along with the products within themselves in order to be more eco-friendly and reduce the use of waste. Find out more about this in my So, What's With the Pegs explanation!




Can I send the gift box directly to my chosen recipient?


Of couse, please state when you place your order and give details along with the message you would like to include!




Allergies / Medical Conditions


Please check with the intended recipient as to if they have any allergies or pre-existing conditions before giving as a gift. Once purchased, Baby Toddler Adventure relinquishes responsibility to the buyer/gift recipient in this regard.




Postage and Packaging Costs


Postage and packaging costs are displayed at check out for you to review before your final purchase. Please be aware that due to external circumstances delivery may take a little longer than usual however you will be informed when the gift has been posted. Post runs will take place twice a week. Please note this when placing your order that there may be a slight delay. Please get in touch via email or instagram if you require your gift quicker than this. Please also note that all gifts and products are packaged in a safe environment and will only be handled by myself. Again, my family's and your safety is a top priority to me. So I hope you agree with me that these measures are in place for good reasons. Thank you for your patience.




Delivery


Please be aware this is a small business, however upon receipt of the order, the estimated delivery time would be 3-5 working days. Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens I will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, I will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery. If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost.




Return/Cancellation Policy


Returns: As much as I hope you enjoy your gift box or other product you have purchased from me, if you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 14 days of the date of the order. The product must then be returned within 14 days of notification in a perfectly packaged, re-saleable condition. You will then be refunded within 14 days of the returned goods being received and checked by me. Please note, you will need to pay for the cost of returning the goods. Cancellation: Goods will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of the placed order. If you wish to cancel your order within 2 days, and this can be done by email (babytoddleradventure@gmail.com; with the order number and "cancellation" in the subject heading) then a full refund will be given. Once your goods are dispatched then the Return Policy will apply and you will be liable for the return postage cost.




What gift boxes do you offer?


We currently offer 10 gift boxes, with plans to expand this collection with time. There are 3 type of gift boxes available for mamas and one for new dads We even offer a lovely "surprise" gift for grandparents- why not send them this gift to announce you're expecting!
